I would be honored to explore ways to accompany your community—whether by facilitating movement sessions, offering one-on-one spiritual care, or leading group spiritual direction. Movement sessions integrate breath, gentle embodiment, and reflective prompts to support well-being and connection.
Rate: Directees pay between $85-$100 for 50-minute sessions, once a month.
Sessions are 90 minutes, once a month, and held in person in the Gwinnett and Decatur areas of Georgia.
Rate: $200 individual $300 for group of 2-3
